Auto Collision Repair Review 11/16/2010

Mission Viejo Auto Collision was great. Todd was super nice as was everyone else I delt with. Their office was clean, proffesional, and the fish tank was AWESOME! Thank you for a great job and great service. I'm not going to go so far as to say that I hope to get into an accident any time soon, but if and when it happens again, I'm heading straight for Mission Viejo Auto Collision for sure. more

Good job with repair, although I see I'll still have problems with this in the future. 11/15/2010

Staff was very helpful and explained the repair process thoroughly. They tried to accommodate my schedule so I didn't have to wait too long. The side panels of my Lincoln Navigator became loose and had to be replaced. The way they are attached to the vehicle is very flimsy (not the fault of Mission Viejo Collision) and I can see that they may come loose again in the future. It's too costly to have to replace this part again. more

Car repair due to an accident 11/9/2010

Mission Viejo Auto Collision was recommended to me by a friend although they were not my first choice because they were not listed on my insurance list of shops and they are a distance from my residence. After taking my car to the auto shop on the insurance list for an estimate I decided to drive down to Mission Viejo. I was hit on the rear bumper on the passenger side. The bumper had some paint scrapped off and there was a small dent above it. At a glance, my car didnt look that bad. When Art Lucero started examining the car, he pointed out the internal damage the bumper had separated from the panel above it and when he opened the trunk the frame was pushed in and we were not able to remove the tire jack needless to say there was more damage then you could see at first glance. Mr. Lucero explained they wouldnt know the total extent of the damage until they removed the bumper. I was given a very detailed written estimate as well as a verbal explanation of the work procedure needed to fix my car. With Mr. Lucero excellent customer service, I decided to have Mission Viejo Auto complete the repairs. Their staff worked closely with my insurance company and my car is as good as new if not better. more

Great body work, but poor check-out: car always has something wrong when picking up 11/8/2010

I have been a faithful customer for years, for all of my family's cars. I spoke to Todd last week to say that they do beautiful work. However, every time we've picked up a car, something hasn't been finished or checked out correctly. Todd has sent one of my cars (returned filthy) to detail, another of my cars didn't have some minor part re-attached. The most recent one had more obvious electrical re-connection problems that didn't exist when we brought the car in. It required further intervention to restore the car to prior condition. If anyone had even turned on the car they would have noticed. Actually, they did notice some of the malfunctions, but were quite pleased to return it to me that way, saying that's the best they could do, or attributing it to the complexity or age of the car. Even the small things cause a customer to return and lose a couple of more days of using their car. more

Great Service 10/20/2010

I was driving home one night and my Toyota Rav4 was rear-ended on freeway. My insurance sent me to Mission Viejo Auto Collision (MJAC) to get the work done on my rear bumper and the rear door. I was greeted with extremely polite and friendly people. My car was inspected and given a reasonable quote. The work was done in 2 weeks and it looked a brand new car. The job was very well done. Again the people were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this place whole heartedly. more

I recently had my 2001 Chevy Silverado truck into MVAC for repairs. I needed the left door and front quarter panel replaced. Its a 10 year old truck and I was hesitant to spend the quoted $3000 to fix it. But, because it has low mileage and its in good overall shape I decided to go ahead with it. Boy was I surprised. I couldnt believe it when I saw the finished product. My truck looked like new! The repairs were flawless and the new paint perfectly matched the original. The whole truck wasnt painted but it looked like the old paint was buffed out to look as good as the new paint. Today is the first day Ive had it back and Ive been told twice already that it looks like new. Thanks for the awesome job. I will highly recommend you to my friends. The copmany as a whole is very well run. The people in the office are very respectfull. Time lines are or generally on the money. Quaility of work is very good. Cost always seem high no matter what. Very pleased with the work done. more
