Very courteous and did great work. Kept me fully informed throughout the process. They delt with the insurance company and rental car company. Made the process very easy and painless for me. Would recommend them to anyone. more

Todd surprised me by offering assistance in a number of areas I hadn't even thought of. In two weeks I got no less than 4 phone calls telling me where they were in the process of repair and time frame. All in all, being I had an accident, they made the experience less traumatic. thanks. more

Very Disappointed 4/6/2011

One takes a car to a body shop to have dents repaired not to get more dents while in the care of the body shop. We took our car there to have damage to the front repaired. When we got it back there were scratches and two small but visible dents on the driver door. In all fairness they offered and have covered the dent repair and while not as noticeable they are still there. I will NOT return nor will I recommend this shop to anyone. more
