This was my first time using Mission Viejo Auto Collision. From my initial conversations with Frank, whether over the phone or in person, I found him to be very professional and nice. He handled everything smoothly. I was not worried at all about the claim or getting the work completed. I had the utmost confidence in what they were doing, and I was extremely satisfied with the results.
They basically had to fix the rear bumper and a little bit of damage underneath. And looking at the car, you cannot tell it was hit. I was really surprised when he told me that they did not even have to replace actual bumper. They were able to work with polymers or whatever to make it look brand new.
