I have used Mission Viejo Auto Collision in the past, and I was happier with them in the past.
My major concern is it seems as though they were continually finding just one more thing wrong. They would say my car was almost ready, and then they would discover another problem. And it was a week before they got the last thing done. The process dragged on and on as they kept having to get back in touch with the insurance company.
To be clear, the quality of the work was fantastic and their customer service was fine, but I ended up paying far more than the initial estimate, and the overall experience left a little to be desired. I do understand that you will inevitably find more problems, but these things ought to have been discovered in the initial estimate, and that bothers me.
Overall, I was happy with the quality of work and I will use them again, but the estimate process did not seem well done.
