The facility was willing to help obtain car from other service center; utilized appropriate costing parts for age of car to lower cost; helped with insurance concerns to obtain proper documentation. Staff was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. They provided timely and cost-effective solutions to the repair of our car. Extremely satisfied. more

Excellent staff 7/7/2011

Very professional, excellent job. Only glitch was partially the insurance company's fault. Kept in communication with updates. Highly recommended by our trusted repair place Mission Viejo Motors. Did not disappoint. Love supporting a local business that does such a great job. more

Murano Front & Back Bumper Repair 7/3/2011

Excellent customer service, quality of paint finish looks like factory (I've been many cars on the road that you can tell have been repaired just from the quality of the paint finish). The only thing we'll have to have readdresses is the shade of pearl white is just a little off which they said they would gladly take care of. Pearl white is difficult to match. Would recommend them for repairs. more

Great service, excellent work, and fast turn around is what you can expect from this place. Unfortunately I have been in 2 accidents in a short period of time. Fortunately, I found this place to bring in my cars for a hassle free service. I highly recommend. more

MIssion Viejo Auto Collision 6/26/2011

This is the second time I've been to MVAC through Allstate Insurance. They are the only company I trust to do body work on my car. I actually contacted my Allstate rep and asked them to go through their records to find out who repaired my other card several years ago. They were successful in finding MVAC for me again and quickly switched my claim over to MVAC. The staff at MVAC is professional and helpful. Throughout the process (about four weeks), they contacted me periodically to give a thorough update on the repairs. Since the offending party in this accident, rightfully accepted full liability (hit and run to my parked car), I imagine , since Mercury Insurance has approved to pay all costs, they feel that the "price for value" was excellent and appropriate. If there was a scale from 1-10 on service & repairs (ten being the best/top rating), MVAC gets all "10's" from me. Kathleen Bradley more

Outstanding service and customer care 6/24/2011

Mission Viejo Auto Collision provided amazing service from start to finish. They were extremely customer friendly, courteous, thorough, knowledgable, and always on top of the claim. They assisted me every step of the way and made getting rear-ended much less of a hassle. They were supportive and went way above and beyond. MVAC helped with coordinating the rental car and even stayed late to accomodate my work hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a collision company. more

Without question Steven Baldwin at Mission Viejo Auto Collision has proven himself to be the best in the business. Excellent 6/20/2011

After a mishap on the road that ended up being $2,600 in damages, I contacted my local car dealer who referred me to Mission Viejo Auto Collision. The circumstances were a little complicated, as the driver who hit me did not want to get insurance companies involved. Todd at Mission Viejo Auto Collision advised me as to his experience in cases like this, but was willing to work with me. The end result.....my car looks perfect and I am so very pleased with the work performed, their cooperation and the professionalism that I received from Mission Viejo Auto Collision. I would definitely refer them, without hesitation, to anyone needing their service. Thank you Todd and the staff at Mission Viejo Auto Collision. more

Excelent service 6/13/2011

My daughter needed her car for college and we were going to leave by Wed last week. Frank did a great job delivering the car on time. He let us get a tune up/oil change by another mechanic while we were waiting for parts. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you. more

I was not charged for service provided, so had to fundge my rating on price for value. 6/10/2011

Impressive that this family business model has been successfully delivering services since 1979 -- guess I know one reason why. I came by this business yesterday afternoon -- anticipating need for me to need to arrange to get a ride home, in order to wait for the flopping, loose piece of plastic trim at front of my Ford Explorer to get appropriately re-attached, as required to address my existing problem. Instead, one of the firm's representatives took a quick look, commented Is that all it is? and promptly offered to drive the vehicle to back of the shop for closer look -- sure nuff, within short order, my vehicle was returned to doorstep of your office, buttoned up tight and with no charge resulting. Its refreshing to interact with folks who demonstrate integrity in circumstances as this, leaving a positive image associated with their business, to boot. Nobody wants to be obliged to spend time visiting a body shop -- but good to know of such a local business with demonstrated integrity, in case of such future need. more
