This is the second time I've been to MVAC through Allstate Insurance. They are the only company I trust to do body work on my car. I actually contacted my Allstate rep and asked them to go through their records to find out who repaired my other card several years ago. They were successful in finding MVAC for me again and quickly switched my claim over to MVAC. The staff at MVAC is professional and helpful. Throughout the process (about four weeks), they contacted me periodically to give a thorough update on the repairs.
Since the offending party in this accident, rightfully accepted full liability (hit and run to my parked car), I imagine , since Mercury Insurance has approved to pay all costs, they feel that the "price for value" was excellent and appropriate.
If there was a scale from 1-10 on service & repairs (ten being the best/top rating), MVAC gets all "10's" from me.
