Impressive that this family business model has been successfully delivering services since 1979 -- guess I know one reason why.
I came by this business yesterday afternoon -- anticipating need for me to need to arrange to get a ride home, in order to wait for the flopping, loose piece of plastic trim at front of my Ford Explorer to get appropriately re-attached, as required to address my existing problem. Instead, one of the firm's representatives took a quick look, commented Is that all it is? and promptly offered to drive the vehicle to back of the shop for closer look -- sure nuff, within short order, my vehicle was returned to doorstep of your office, buttoned up tight and with no charge resulting.
Its refreshing to interact with folks who demonstrate integrity in circumstances as this, leaving a positive image associated with their business, to boot. Nobody wants to be obliged to spend time visiting a body shop -- but good to know of such a local business with demonstrated integrity, in case of such future need.
