I did not expect to buy a car when I went in. I was just investigating but Marcus was a great help and made the deal work. The dealership was very accommodating and gave me a great price. I was a manager in IT for 20+ years before I retired, so I feel I know real talent and sincere help and Marcus was awesome! I have been a customer of Mike Pruitt Honda since 2006 and their service department is also outstanding they know their vehicles and they work with you and make the work affordable. more

AGAIN! I have had a terrific experience at Mike Pruitt Honda. This was our 5th car from Mike Pruitt, and the 5th time we have worked with Lynn. She was incredibly responsive to our needs, knew we wanted/needed a fair deal and conducted every aspect of the deal professionally. She is an asset to the dealership and we will be back. Financing with Dave was very straightforward. He responded openly and respectfully to all my questions, and didn't push once I had said no. Highly recommend Mike Pruitt, Lynn and Dave! more

My experience with the sales team was excellent their friendliness was just exceptional. They were extremely helpful in dealing with any questions that we had. In November we had bought two used cars from Lynn. Sadly, my Civic had been totaled by the end of January. The day we were clear to replace the car we called Lynn. That afternoon, she had two comparable cars for us to look at, and we had found one listed on their website. We were in and out rather quickly even with the added difficulty of gap insurance claims and totaled cars. They had been quick and helpful in providing us the gap information that we needed as soon as we asked for it. more

Jacob was very outgoing and friendly. He was quite eager to listen and to help us find the right car for us. Dave was very thorough in explaining our options and took the time to listen to me and answer each question I had (and I had several). I think we negotiated a mutually beneficial, fair deal on our 2010 Fit. The dealership is very inviting to customers, and a comfortable place to spend some time. All of the employees with whom I spoke directly and those I observed with other customers seemed very eager to please. I anticipate a long, mutually beneficial relationship. more

When I arrived the service area was very busy but I was welcome right away. Everyone on the staff was very customer oriented and very professional, the service representative even called me to give me and update. In the end my car was done quickly and all my concerns were met and corrected. Mike Pruitt Honda has always done high quality work for me and I would recommend them to others. more

This was one of the first times in many years I have gone to speak to a dealer as all of my previous experiences were terrible. We dealt with Marcus Morris and he did not pressure us in anyway, no hassles and was very helpful when I asked questions he answered all of them with no problem. We also didn't have to spend half of my day there which I sure appreciated. He also worked with us to get us the price and payment we were looking for and when he said he would call us at home he did exactly that. I meant to tell him when we left how much I appreciated him and being so nice and helpful. I have already been recommending this dealership to my friends as I know where my business will stay. This truly was one of the best buying experiences with a vehicle I have had in a very long time. Thank you more

I definitely recommend Mike Pruitt Honda! I felt that the staff cared about each customer and was not simply interested in making a sale. Superior in terms of customer service. The way that I was treated as a customer and the thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff, as well as the Honda reputation was what influenced my decision to conduct business with Mike Pruitt Honda. I was VERY impressed with the Clinic that was held for the customers so that we would have more complete knowledge and understanding of the features of Honda cars, products and services. I found all of this information to be very beneficial. The Clinic combined professionalism with a human touch while refreshments were offered as well. The dealership was well maintained - a clean professional environment with knowledgeable, courteous staff and a good product to sell spoke volumes about this dealership!!! more

This was by far, the BEST experience I've ever had in getting a vehicle in my entire life, and being age 64....I've purchased plenty of vehicles over the years. Marcus Morris was friendly, professional, helpful, and very informative. Not at all like the high pressure, pushy car sales people I've encountered in the past. One of my co-workers recently purchased a car from your dealership and said it was a positive experience; that I should check it out. I'm so glad I did! more

Marvin was very friendly and explained all the details about the Honda civic. He did everything possible to make my experience a positive one. He worked very hard with the new car manager Jason, to get me a good price monthly on a lease and to get me a good trade in price on my current Honda Civic/ I really appreciate all his hard work. I didn’t have enough money to pay my bill, which was embarrassing to say the least. While my mind was racing about who to call to bring me a few dollars, the cashier took my bill to one of the service techs who adjusted it with no question asked. I have always had exceptional service at Mike Pruitt Honda, but this went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. I will never take my car for service anywhere else. I was referred to MPH by my family; they’ve purchased two CRV’s. They recommended Mike Pruitt Honda and were very pleased with the service and vehicles they purchased. It was a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional, but I never felt pushed or pressured to buy. Lynn was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. Other dealerships could learn from yours about how to treat a customer and make a sale without being obnoxious about it. I will definitely recommend Lynn and your dealership to others. more
