LOVE my new CRV. I am impressed with the way you do business. There was no pressure, no hassle, no problems. Harry & Sherry provided a very relaxed and attentive attitude when buying my wife's CRV last year and again with mine this year. I'm so glad we chose Mike Pruitt Honda. I always tell my friends and family that the prices at the Mike Pruitt Service center are very competitive and that the waiting room is very nice, not to mention how friendly the staff is. This visit was no different Craig was very courteous and made me feel at home like always and my car was done at least a half hour before the promised time. more

Maurice was great even though I did not have an appointment. He knew all the details about the car, and was able to negotiate me a fair trade on my old car. He took the time to show me all the features and even syncing my phone for me! The process was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at MPH and especially Maurice keep up the great work. more

I got to the dealership ten minutes before they open yet there was still a person there to welcome me and let me into the waiting room. This dealer always has great service weather buying a car or just getting it serviced they go all out every time. Ask for Kathy in service she is simply awesome and will make sure you are taken care of right. more

I worked with Marcus for a couple of weeks. He was always friendly and accommodating. He worked really hard to get me a fair price and the exact color and model I wanted. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicle functions. He answered all my questions and gave me an overall great experience purchasing my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mike Pruitt Honda and Marcus Morris to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. more

I would not buy or service a car anywhere else. You all are always so kind and no where would I get the prompt, reliable service that I get at MPH. That is why I would not get any other kind of car but a Honda. I recommend Honda cars to anyone looking for a new car and always tell them to go only to Mike Pruitt. Thanks to everyone there. From Maurice in sales to Kathy in service and everyone else it seems like everyone knows who I am and goes above and beyond to make it feel like it was just a visit with friends instead of a trip to buy or service a vehicle. My experience buying a new car was made straightforward and no hassle with Maurice Browder. Maurice made buying a new car almost too easy. We had fun haggling a little, and when it came down to price Maurice explained his position throughout the process. He made me feel that I made a great deal. I live a very long way out of Ohio, so car trouble on a long trip means real trouble. A problem with the cruise control on my 2003 Honda Accord and my daughters suggestion, led us to Mike Pruitt Honda. Jacob Decker was the best car salesman I have ever had in my lifetime. I am 63 and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I truly felt he was very honest and at no time did I feel under pressure to buy a car, and I have not had that experience. Seems used car salesmen should take lessons from Mr. Decker. Consumers remember and spread the word on their experience with purchasing a car. Thank you Mr Decker for treating me like family and thank you Mike Pruitt Honda for giving me such wonderful service maintenance on my car...never had that before either. Rating for this company and salesman should be higher than 5 stars. more
