We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Overall, our experience was excellent. Lynn, our original sales agent, was helpful, not pushy. Maurice, who handled the majority of our sale, was passionate and enthusiastic to complete the sale and make it as positive as possible. Maurice worked very hard to attend to each detail. Jim Marks, the sales manager, was excellent in helping us obtain a fair trade-in for our vehicle, without the typical back and forth multiple times to come to agreement. Kevin, was also professional and positive, anxious for us to have a positive experience with the dealership. more

This was my wife and I's third purchase with Mike Pruitt Honda. All I can say is that the quality of the service has never gone down. The employees there are very friendly and go out of there way to make you feel and happy. Maurice Browder is an exceptional sales person. Very friendly and fun to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the honda line of vehicles. The dealership really makes you feel like family and welcome. Everything about the experience is outstanding. I cannot see myself buying another vehicle from any other dealer in town. Mike Pruitt Honda and everyone there are the definition of the word professional. They are fantastic. more

Mike Pruitt is the best car dealership in Ohio!!!! Customer Service was above and beyond our expectations. The fastest, easiest and most efficient car buying experience we have ever encountered! Will recommend friends and family so they can share the greatest experience in car buying. Mike Pruitt (himself) even made an appearance and congratulated us on our purchase. They understood our needs and had a vehicle picked out for us and we fell in love, never had to look at anything else on the lot. Sherry Oliver made the paperwork easy and explained everything. Jacob Decker was our salesman and took the time to listen and promptly respond to phone calls and made this happen for us. We are now the proud owners of a Honda Odyssey! I had a fantastic experience at Mike Pruitt Honda. I worked with Maurice Browder, he left no stone unturned. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I also worked with Tom Brown who was very knowledgeable as well. This is the second Honda that we have purchased. Everyone is always so friendly and courteous. Although I knew that a new car was to be in my near future, I NEVER thought it would happen so quickly and easily! The dealer location is 4.5 miles from my home.... perfect for servicing as well. Trading in a car, their trade-in value was fair and they accomodated my price expectations. Vera was especially helpful and low-pressure! This I truly appreciated! more

After being with another local Honda dealership for 10+ years and being treated like a second class individual, I went to Mike Pruitt and met John Russo. WOW. I told him my story and he said that he will do everything he can to make the deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Civic. Coming from a customer service background, I know how important clients are. John went above and beyond in assisting me. In the next 18 months my family has three leases that are up and they will all be turned in at Pruitt Honda and deals will be made for three more vehicles. Thanks again to John and the staff for EXCELLENT SERVICE. more

Great price and great service from both Maurice and the Finance Manager (cannot recall the name). Very painless Internet quoting process and I appreciated the lack of sales pressure. I should mention the price I got on a 13 accord lx crushed other quotes I had received by over $800. I will recommend Mike Pruitt in the future. more

I had a very pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful if you haven’t done it often. The salesperson got me what I asked for my trade-in, they got me a lower rate than what I was preapproved for, and they covered the cost of certification activation. So, I don't think I could have done better for the price and the high-demand car make and model. more

I was very pleased with with service I received yesterday while buying a new Honda by Lynn Snoderly, as she answered all the questions, even some tricky ones, I had about the car, plus she was most helpful in dealing with the facts and figures of the trade in, was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire transaction. She handled the negotiations for my trade-in very well.....along with making it very easy to be in the new car that same afternoon. Definitely will see her again for my next car. more

All of the employees were very friendly and professional. The dealership was clean and well kept. The price I paid for my 2013 Honda Civic ES was very fair. This is the way all car dealerships should be run. It was obvious that our salesman, Brandon Howard, really cared about us. A great experience and I plan to shop here for my next new car purchase and I will definitly reccomend Mike Pruitt Honda to all my friends and family. more

Maurice took us out on a test drive, explained the details of the car and went over all the operational need-to-knows. Although by this time, the dealership was closed, people were tired and wanting to go home, neither Maurice nor Sherry made us feel as if we were imposing or keeping them from something more important, and in the end, we left with the car we thought we couldn't have. I am very happy with our experience at MPH. more
