I definitely recommend Mike Pruitt Honda! I felt that the staff cared about each customer and was not simply interested in making a sale. Superior in terms of customer service. The way that I was treated as a customer and the thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff, as well as the Honda reputation was what influenced my decision to conduct business with Mike Pruitt Honda. I was VERY impressed with the Clinic that was held for the customers so that we would have more complete knowledge and understanding of the features of Honda cars, products and services. I found all of this information to be very beneficial. The Clinic combined professionalism with a human touch while refreshments were offered as well. The dealership was well maintained - a clean professional environment with knowledgeable, courteous staff and a good product to sell spoke volumes about this dealership!!!
