Excellent Work! 7/17/2016

I woke up to a broken pipe in the backyard and didn't know where the shut off valve was so ended up turning off the water to the whole house. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing at 5:45am by 12noon that same day everything was fixed, and I now know where our 4 shut off valves are located! Very knowledgeable, explains the situation well and leaves with everything back in place! I highly recommend using this company! more

excellent work 7/15/2016

Jerry was very thorough in his work and explained everything to us. He also gave recommendations that we would like to follow up on. I would like to have an estimate on his recommendation of putting in another clean-out at the other end of the house, and an estimate on re-piping the whole house. Again, we have used your srevices several times and are pleased with the results. more

Water heater problems / water filtering 7/14/2016

We new our home's water supply was causing issues for our appliances. The water heater was requiring service again and we cam away with the combo pulse fusion water filtering system also. We are enjoying the water taste. Next day service. on the both the new water heater and combo fusion install. more

Value wasn't what I hoped. 7/11/2016

Everything was perfect about the service and quality of the work, but the price I had to pay for installation of my kitchen faucet was too high. I did pay because I needed my faucet installed and I couldn't do it. more

Mario was great and the work was professional 7/10/2016

Mario arrived on schedule and diagnosed the problem. He informed me of the plan and about how long the repair would take. The repair took a little longer than expected but I was kept informed and when finished they left the place clean. I will use Mike Counsil again more

Quality service, skilled technicians 7/6/2016

I can't say enough about the top quality service I received . The techs were skilled, friendly, on time, worked hard and long to resolve our sewer issues. I do think the price was high, but to be honest, perhaps it was well within range. I was desperate when I called and did not have the luxury df shopping around. This is an A+ company, one that you will be glad you called. more

The initial contact with the staff and the work performed was great. 7/5/2016

Jerry Biondo was the service person who reported at the appointed day and on time. He was extremely helpful in identifying the problem and what the options were. He volunteered to come back on Sunday do what he could to stop the leaking solar panel until I can get a solar expert and a roofer to complete the repair. more

Technicians were on time, very thorough and helpful 7/5/2016

Technicians checked for a shower leak and then made a recommendation. They also looked at a leaky toilet (not part of original appointment) and stayed to fix the toilet. more

Way too expensive for a 20 minute job 7/4/2016

Spent most of the time trying to sell me a very expensive piping job If all you want are big jobs then don't advertise or answer small job inquirers You were over 3x other plumbers quotes on the drain cleaning, I went ahead because it needed fixing but will not use you in the future. more

Would have no one else but MC P, but the jobs could be done more effectively. 7/1/2016

I've used MC P for 4 years: please get a checklist of "did I do this, that and the other?" did I bleed the system properly? Noises after install? "Pause and consider all my work" However, everyone is nice and polite and they do care about their work. I really recommend a checklist. more

5-star toilet replacement 6/29/2016

We needed to have an old they-don't-make-these-anymore toilet replaced. To complicate matters, it had to fit into a confined space. Josh from Mike Counsil showed up (on time!), assessed the situation, asked what we expected to spend, researched replacement, purchased, installed, cleaned up and left. On time, on budget, in and out without hassle or mess. We couldn't be happier. more

We have used MCP for several big plumbing projects and also for emergency services. They have stellar service, quick response, especially during an emergency., and knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend them . more

I do like working with Mike Council Plumbing and i would complain about price no matter who preformed the service, unless it was free. Who wants to pay for plumbing? They are professionals and that is why I use them. more

We really appreciate Jerry's help throughout. Our water heater was making a lot of noise at night, and we didn't know what to do. We called Mike Counsil, and they got a message to Jerry, who called us immediately. We were able to send pictures to him by e-mail so that he could diagnose the problem and help us to be sure that everything would be safe overnight. Then Jerry came early the next morning and took care of everything. He was super nice, too! more
