Mike Counsil Plumbing, performed a repipe of our home. The plumbers were very polite, accommodating, and friendly. They kept our home very clean during the project by installing a plastic barrier to keep the dirt and debris out. *But I put down a deposit of 5,000.00 at least weeks ago, the program did not approve me, and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Apparently, someone was on vacation, (I guess business stops when this important person is away), and after numerous calls still no call back or refund check. more

We had our annual inspection and service. The service tech, Cody was on time and did a great job inspecting our plumbing, servicing the water heater and making suggestions regarding maintenance. we were very pleased. more

They had a window between 330pm and 400pm.they arrived at 430pm. I told them what the problem was and they said they needed to go under house to check pipes. I told them there was a clean out in the front of house and on the roof. they stated that they were not allowed to go on roof. They then turned off the main in the front of the house and tried to clear the clog in the master toilet with a 10 foot snake. When that didn't work he disconnected the water feed from the toilet and unbolted the toilet. That is when he told me that it would cost 585.00. to six hundred to pull the toilet for repair. I refused the charge and he went back to secure the toilet bolts. He then went out to turn on the water but forgot to hook up the line to the toilet. This caused water to spray threw the whole bath room when I yelled at him to turn it off. he said he would come back in and clean up the water that was in the bathroom. at this time I was not letting him back in the house. My son hooked up the water and we bought a 50 foot snake and fixed it our selves. 15 min to clear problem. If you had a third person from your company with them I would have had all three stooges in my house. I hope you are better electricians then you are plumbers. I feel I thru $89.00 dollars down the toilet for your workmanship. I will never recommend your company to anyone! more

We called for a diagnostic service on our water heater to determine which of two parts had failed and get estimate to replace the faulty one. Plumber did no diagnostic work at all and simply quoted me to replace the two parts I told him could be faulty. $90 visit to tell me what I told them. more

Eric and his team came to inspect the work they had done when they replaced our entire sewer system as well as our water system. This was a complimentary follow-up which is part of the service they provide. They noticed that our water heater anode rod (they showed it to us) and explained why it needed replacing. They did so during that same visit as well as installing a seismic valve. As usual they were friendly, prompt, courteous, and respectful of our home. more

Mike Counsil Plumbing is very over priced. The overall job was good but not great. my expectations of the length of the job and the overall quality did not meet he price charged. They quoted 10 days to complete the job, they completed in 8. This would normally be a good thing except for the price they charged. There plumbers left early and sat in their trucks. They did follow up on my clean-up concerns and credited me for trenching they did not have to do but the credit didn't related to the amount they charged vs the percentage they actually did complete. I will say they do an awesome job of lining your house. But the last day they left without cleaning all the dust from the front yard they created. And they constantly asked for more money during the process. more
