Review content:
They had a window between 330pm and 400pm.they arrived at 430pm. I told them what the problem was and they said they needed to go under house to check pipes. I told them there was a clean out in the front of house and on the roof. they stated that they were not allowed to go on roof. They then turned off the main in the front of the house and tried to clear the clog in the master toilet with a 10 foot snake. When that didn't work he disconnected the water feed from the toilet and unbolted the toilet. That is when he told me that it would cost 585.00. to six hundred to pull the toilet for repair. I refused the charge and he went back to secure the toilet bolts. He then went out to turn on the water but forgot to hook up the line to the toilet. This caused water to spray threw the whole bath room when I yelled at him to turn it off. he said he would come back in and clean up the water that was in the bathroom. at this time I was not letting him back in the house. My son hooked up the water and we bought a 50 foot snake and fixed it our selves. 15 min to clear problem. If you had a third person from your company with them I would have had all three stooges in my house. I hope you are better electricians then you are plumbers. I feel I thru $89.00 dollars down the toilet for your workmanship. I will never recommend your company to anyone!
