Midtown Tire is really great. 2/28/2011

Midtown Tire is very professional. They are open to discussing any issues a customer might be having. And if your are ever unsatisfied, they will go out of their way to address all of your concerns. I also like that they are very convenient, and offer a shuttle for customer rides. more

Midtown Tire were extremely professional. They provided great customer service. My tires turned out very good. The only thing was that I had to wait around more than I wanted to. But other than that, things were great and I'd definitely go back. more

Professional experience 1/5/2011

I have been a customer of Midtown Tire for 14 years. Their professionalism and proximity to my house have made me continue to use them. They are an organized operation and provide a shuttle service for the customer. They also send me coupons, which I appreciate. They have done all sorts of engine work as well as tires, suspension, and muffler work -- everything that needs to be done on an old car. They are very organized and professional. When I have had multiple issues arise with my car, they have helped me prioritize what to do first as far as safety versus convenience. They also have accommodated me when I've had coupons that expired. They keep very good records so they know what work was done recently and what does not need to be done now. I only had to leave my car there once because of a part that had to be ordered. Otherwise, they always seem to get the job done within a day. more

Good product, knowledgeable staff. 12/28/2010

Overall I have had a good experience at Midtown Tire, and I have taken my car there for a number of years. They have professional staff, and the work is done when they say it is going to be done. For the most part I have been extremely pleased. It is not the cheapest place in town, but the work is good. I have recommended people to go there before, and what I tell them is that it is a little more expensive, but the product is good and the staff is very knowledgeable. more

I have been going to Midtown Tire for 15 years. They have been very courteous and helpful. It has been an enjoyable experience. I go there for tires, maintenance, all kinds of problems to my car. If it is something beyond their ability, they refer me to another shop that specializes in that particular problem. The quality of their work is very good. I have been a long time customer of Midtown Tire, over 10 years, and I appreciate how Seth and Derrick treat me. I have a good relationship with them. I feel comfortable when presenting them with problems that they will give me a straight forward answer and help me resolve the issue. The work is generally as I expected it to be, done in a timely and accurate basis. I am happy with their efforts, and think that is is a place you can get fairly consistent and straight forward efforts. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. more

Midtown Tire is just really great. They take my car in as quickly as they can and get an estimate back with a time frame for completion. They always meet their schedule. They have done it all for me, tires, general maintenance, and some major engine work. They always do a good job, and if there is any trouble they follow up right away. I have been using them for at least 5 years. It is never fun to take your car in, but I feel very comfortable with Midtown Tire and know that they are going to give me an honest quote. more

I have been using Midtown Tire for years, a conservative guess would be 15 years, and I have always felt that they are very reliable. I like Goodyear tires, I think the product and quality is good, and I like the fact that they are made in the United States. I have known Tom for years and have known Seth almost as long. I work with both of them at Midtown. I feel like they have a very reliable product and that the company does good job mounting and aligning the tires. They do what they say they are going to do. I would place Midtown Tire very highly. They always deliver on what they said they were going to do. They are very professional. I have recommended them to my friends, who have now used them. Certainly when I think about tires I think about Goodyear and Midtown Tire. more

Midtown Tire is fantastic. I have been there a few times, and they have always been super nice and super friendly. They are always fast, quick, and informative. Everything about my experience have been positive every time. I have had my oil changed, tires replaced, and battery replaced at Midtown Tire, so they have done several different services for me. more

We have used Midtown Tire for at least 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences. They are clean and pleasant, remember my name, and are quick to call back to tell me what is wrong with the vehicle. Midtown Tire does a lot of maintenance and service for us. Anything that is not covered under warranty from the dealership we have done there. We also have teenagers that drive, so Midtown Tire services multiple vehicles for us. The work has always been perfectly fine. The service is unusually personalized. They remember my name and my car. If I had been in not long before, they remember and ask how that repair is working. Midtown Tire seems more intellectually engaged in the process than many repair shops. Also, the same people work there because they don't have a high turnover rate. That means I don't have to go in and explain problems to entirely new people all the time. G. Fry more

Midtown Tire works with us to meet our needs. 7/30/2010

I have used Midtown Tire pretty much since it has been there. We have several vehicles, 7 cars and trucks, and we take them all to Midtown. They have been very good with handling all our different vehicles. They are attentive to our needs. Midtown Tire tells us what we really need and what we don't. They have saved us a lot of money by their ability to figure out what is necessary. The work is done promptly, and when they tell me a time to pick up the car it is always ready. Everything has been really good. I think Midtown Tire is very fair. They have a great staff, and I am pleased to work with them. They are all so nice. Midtown Tire also offers great coupons, for money off of things like oil changes. They are willing to work with us. I love all the boys there. Tom is wonderful, and I am so glad he is with them. It has been a really good experience. more

I have been going to Midtown Tire for 15 years. I went to high school with Thomas. They have always been straight up and honest with me. They don't treat me like I'm dumb. I have never had to take anything back. I have turned a lot of people on to them because I always have good experiences. The fact that I have been going there 15 years says it all. more

I am very satisfied. 7/21/2010

I went to Midtown Tire because my car was overheating. My brother had put a thermostat into my car, but he put it on wrong. Midtown Tire was able to correct the problem. They also realized that I needed a coolant expansion tank, so I had them replace that along with the thermostat. They also flushed and refilled my cooling system. I am very satisfied with the work. When I was waiting in the store, they would come out and keep me updated about what was going on with the car. After I went home, they called me periodically until the car was ready. This was my first time using Midtown Tire for service on my car. I went one other time to get an estimate for some work. I would recommend any of my friends to take their cars to Midtown Tower as I was very satisfied with their service. more

I have been using Midtown Tire for about ten years. Their service is good, they are professional, and they give me good advice on what is needed for my truck. My only complaint might be that I had to wait a while to be helped the last time I was there, but I did arrive without an appointment, and they are busy because they are good at what they do. Over all, it has been a great experience. Also, they had a barbecue and raffle the last time I was there and it was a fun atmosphere. Bo Arner more

Quick, easy and informative. Overall great experience. 5/5/2010

I had noticed that one of my tires had a small problem, and when I took it in to one shop, they told me I could just ride it out. However, I was going on a road trip and felt that I needed another opinion. I took it to Midtown Tire and they were great. As soon as I got there the manager came out, looked at it, and told me what was going on. He let me know that I didn't need to replace it now, but that it would need to be replaced soon, especially since I was going on a trip. I decided to replace it and within 30 or 45 minutes it was finished. He also got me a really good deal. The manager was also very helpful when I asked questions. I had a bunch of random questions not just about my car, but my girlfriend's car as well, and he was great at answering them. It was my first time there, but I will definitely go back. He put a lifetime warranty on the tire, which I appreciated, and for a small fee he would do that for all the tires on my car. I just bought a new car, so the tires are all new but don't have warranty yet. He didn't push me at all though, but just told me to come back and talk to them when I wanted to do something.
