I had noticed that one of my tires had a small problem, and when I took it in to one shop, they told me I could just ride it out. However, I was going on a road trip and felt that I needed another opinion. I took it to Midtown Tire and they were great.
As soon as I got there the manager came out, looked at it, and told me what was going on. He let me know that I didn't need to replace it now, but that it would need to be replaced soon, especially since I was going on a trip. I decided to replace it and within 30 or 45 minutes it was finished. He also got me a really good deal.
The manager was also very helpful when I asked questions. I had a bunch of random questions not just about my car, but my girlfriend's car as well, and he was great at answering them. It was my first time there, but I will definitely go back.
He put a lifetime warranty on the tire, which I appreciated, and for a small fee he would do that for all the tires on my car. I just bought a new car, so the tires are all new but don't have warranty yet. He didn't push me at all though, but just told me to come back and talk to them when I wanted to do something.
