I have been a customer of Midtown Tire for 14 years. Their professionalism and proximity to my house have made me continue to use them. They are an organized operation and provide a shuttle service for the customer. They also send me coupons, which I appreciate.
They have done all sorts of engine work as well as tires, suspension, and muffler work -- everything that needs to be done on an old car. They are very organized and professional. When I have had multiple issues arise with my car, they have helped me prioritize what to do first as far as safety versus convenience. They also have accommodated me when I've had coupons that expired.
They keep very good records so they know what work was done recently and what does not need to be done now. I only had to leave my car there once because of a part that had to be ordered. Otherwise, they always seem to get the job done within a day.
