Businiess name:  Midtown Tire Inc

Review content:
We have used Midtown Tire for at least 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences. They are clean and pleasant, remember my name, and are quick to call back to tell me what is wrong with the vehicle. Midtown Tire does a lot of maintenance and service for us. Anything that is not covered under warranty from the dealership we have done there. We also have teenagers that drive, so Midtown Tire services multiple vehicles for us. The work has always been perfectly fine. The service is unusually personalized. They remember my name and my car. If I had been in not long before, they remember and ask how that repair is working. Midtown Tire seems more intellectually engaged in the process than many repair shops. Also, the same people work there because they don't have a high turnover rate. That means I don't have to go in and explain problems to entirely new people all the time. G. Fry
