I have a history working in customer service, formerly in the auto business, actually. When I had a tire blow out on me after hitting a pothole in Atlanta, I called Midtown Tire. I spoke with Tom over the phone, and he was very accommodating and willing to help. He was very quick to offer roadside assistance, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my safety and well-being. I ended up throwing on the spare and driving in, and Tom gave me great directions.
The tire, which I had just purchased elsewhere, had to be replaced, which didn't make me happy. Midtown were able to offer me a good value on the replacement, however. I'm actually planning on going back for three more to match the one they put on. The crew at Midtown were professional and courteous throughout my visit, and finished in the time frame the had initially laid out.
My only misgiving with the experience was that after finishing the work, they didn't tighten down the spare tire holder all the way, and didn't put the jack back. It was the end of the work day though, and they were probably just ready to go home. But my experience was so good otherwise that I'm able to overlook this. I put my trust in people until the give me a reason not to, and so far I trust Midtown Tire.
