Thomas from Midtown Tire was very knowledgeable about what was going on, and what needed to be done. He was very professional and checked in with us to let us know their progress. I will definitely use them again in the future. more

Keep to a tight schedule. 1/23/2012

I've gone to Midtown Tire before, to the Ponce de Leon location. Two very important things to me are that they ran on schedule and that they were very informative. I was on a very tight schedule that day, and they were able to satisfy my request in a short time. I will definitely use them again. more

Midtown Tire put tires on my car around a month ago and did a great job. I thought they were terrific, polite, professional, and efficient. They were all great. I would give them all high marks. I had an oil leak and they were able to identify and fix the leak. I will go back to them because it has started to leak slowly again, and I don't want that to sound negative. I will continue to use them. My girlfriend has a Prius and she has gone to them. She has been satisfied and was the one who recommended them to me. more

All in all, exceptional experience! 12/20/2011

The people at Midtown Tire were very accommodating in the sense that I was able to make an appointment and arrange for them to obtain and install the tires I wanted. They ordered the tires and brought them in, and made sure I got a courtesy ride to my office. They told me the car would be ready by 3PM and it was ready by 3PM! The price was exactly what was quoted to me. All in all, it was an exceptional with Midtown Tire. The people at Midtown Tire were nice and easy to deal with! more

Accommodating, friendly, and professional! 12/19/2011

The people at Midtown Tire are friendly and were able to fit me in the last minute. They got my problems taken care of: they gave me new tires, did an oil change, and put in a new battery. The people at Midtown Tire are accommodating, friendly, and professional! more

10 years and counting! 10/18/2011

I've been a loyal customer of Midtown Tire for about ten years now! My latest incident, was that my car conked out on me at a light. They were able to get me to their shop, without an appointment, within an hour of my car dying. They didn't have the part they needed to fix it in the shop, but they were able to order it and have it delivered to the shop that same day! Within an hour and a half of my car getting to their shop, they were able to get the part delivered and get my car up and running again! I just can't say enough good things about them! They were very prompt to respond to my emergency, and to get the right part to fix it that same day, I just couldn't believe the service they provided! They would do the same for anybody! more

Pretty straightforward. 9/20/2011

I needed an oil change, and I also had a couple of lights out in the back. They did the oil change, but they didn't have one of the bulbs to do all the lights. They ordered it, and I just got it replaced today. It was all pretty straightforward. more

Always do a good job! 9/14/2011

I've been going to Midtown Tire for about fifteen years. Most recently, I bought a new set of Michelin tires from them to replace the older ones I had. Everything was done to almost to my complete satisfaction. However, when they put the spare tire back, they didn't put it back properly, it wasn't in all the way, so I had to do that, otherwise I'd say it's always a great experience with Midtown! I keep going back to them because they are convenient, reliable, efficient and professional. I always know what to expect with them and have never had a bad experience in all my years going there. It's not cheap, but I definitely get the service I expect. They are great with repairs too, I've never had an issue with the work they've done. more

I've been going to Midtown Tire for about twenty years now. They are always courteous, professional and know me by name which is always a good feeling. I think that they provide good customer service and do good work. If you go here, you'll be treated honestly, fairly and with respect and that's hard to come by nowadays with most places! more

An auto shop with good quality and value. 8/22/2011

I have taken multiple cars to Midtown Tire over the years, and it's always a great experience. They do a great job recommending what needs to be done, so that I can keep my vehicles in good repair. I have had all types of work done there, and have always felt that it's a good value for the money. Midtown has always treated me well. They are prompt with all repairs, and do what they say. They offer good quality service, all of the time. I recommend going there for any auto repairs you may need, they will do a good job for you. more

Excellent! 8/5/2011

Derek the sales rep and Neil the manager at Midtown Tire have treated my family members' vehicles for years. They do tires and basic car needs. Since moving back to Atlanta, my parents, with different last names, have taken care of the bridges so to speak. If I ever go back to Atlanta, Midtown Tire would be the only company I would want to do business with. What stands out to me about this company is their prices and availability. They're always helpful. We've been using Midtown Tire for about twenty years. Tell them up! They're just a great company. I always ask for Derek or Neil. more

Trustworthy, professional, courteous. They helped me out of a jam. 8/3/2011

I have a history working in customer service, formerly in the auto business, actually. When I had a tire blow out on me after hitting a pothole in Atlanta, I called Midtown Tire. I spoke with Tom over the phone, and he was very accommodating and willing to help. He was very quick to offer roadside assistance, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my safety and well-being. I ended up throwing on the spare and driving in, and Tom gave me great directions. The tire, which I had just purchased elsewhere, had to be replaced, which didn't make me happy. Midtown were able to offer me a good value on the replacement, however. I'm actually planning on going back for three more to match the one they put on. The crew at Midtown were professional and courteous throughout my visit, and finished in the time frame the had initially laid out. My only misgiving with the experience was that after finishing the work, they didn't tighten down the spare tire holder all the way, and didn't put the jack back. It was the end of the work day though, and they were probably just ready to go home. But my experience was so good otherwise that I'm able to overlook this. I put my trust in people until the give me a reason not to, and so far I trust Midtown Tire. Michael Owens more

I appreciated it when the person at Midtown Tire wasn't pushy. They replaced the radials in my car. I thought it was a little strange that they only replaced one. I thought that you always had to replace them in pairs so I insisted they replaced the other one. The serviceman also took me into the work area to reassure me. I bought my tires from another place but I took them to Midtown Tire after the service at the other place was horrible. When my favorite serviceman at the other place left, I left and went to Midtown. I had driven past it and it was closer to home. I chose Midtown Tire because of its location and my dissatisfaction with the previous tire place. more

The people at Midtown Tire were very courteous and professional. They provided a lot of information and didn't push me into making purchases. They were very accommodating with my schedule. They got the tires in, and I got my car back within the time frame. I found out about Midtown Tire because my wife has a company car and she's required to take her car there every month. I'll tell you upfront, the only negative thing I have to say about Midtown Tire is that they're a little bit higher on price than the competition on a lot of stuff. That said, they always seem to take good care of me. They get my car in and out, and they get me delivered to work. The car is not always done on their estimated time, but it is always ready for me prior to when I can come pick it up. That's the deal with them. If you tell them you need to have it ready by a certain time, they make sure it is, so I'm satisfied. Corwin Robinson more

They are very proactive in finding things that need to be done to keep my car running right. They also are good at follow-up. They are great about getting information to their customers in a way they understand. It's a really great shop! more

Midtown Tire's great customer service is only topped by their excellent mechanical work, level of knowledge and follow through. Going to Midtown Tire, gives you the benefit of a local shop but the tools and expertise of a chain. They are extraordinarily professional, provide fast service and have accommodating employees. I have been using Midtown Tire for many, many years. You could say that I'm a loyal customer. They may be a bit pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. The service is tops. It's the best service I've gotten in all of my years of living. They really are good and honest people working there. I highly recommend them. more
