On Saturday my husband and I went out to lunch and decided to stop at this dealership on our way home. We weren't even really thinking about purchasing a car but we thought we would stop and look. Well, as it turns out we ended up purchasing a CPO ML350 and it was seriously the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership...and we have had numerous experiences. Our Sales person Simon Najafinia was AWESOME! He was super knowledgeable about all Mercedes models, very professional, and really nice. He wasn't pushy at all and he really tried to move the process along as fast as he could. Our Finance guy, Oz was very professional as well and really helped us get the best possible deal. We got the amount of $ we were expecting on our trade in, a really low interest rate, & gap & permashield for almost nothing. I've had my car for 2 days now and I love it. I had looked at this model before at Carmax and the quality was not the same at all. If you are planning on purchasing a used Mercedes it is in your best interest to purchase one that is CPO and is from an authorized dealer- My car looks brand new. Bottom line, we had a great experience here at the Foothill Ranch store and Simon was wonderful enjoy it so much we went back the very next day and purchased a car for my husband....seriously!... Oh yeah, and as an extra bonus they will wash your car for free every Saturday, forever.\r more
