Devoted to Customer Satisfaction 3/3/2011

Because of issues (i.e. damage, not able to identify issues/repairs needed) I have experienced with other Mercedes Benz service centers, I decided to do some research online as to the quality of different Mercedes locations for my next service visit. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch received the best service reviews out of the other two centers (i.e. Riverside, Laguna Niguel) that were closest to me, and also offered better rates (almost 50% off) from what other centers quoted. more

Quick and easy process 3/1/2011

I first went to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz, which was closer to my home, and had a horrible experience. It was a totally different experience at Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch. My salesman, Moe, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The buying process was quick and easy, and the financing guy, Eddie, was straight forward and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a Mercedes. more

Quick and easy process 3/1/2011

I first went to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz, which was closer to my home, and had a horrible experience. It was a totally different experience at Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch. My salesman, Moe, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The buying process was quick and easy, and the financing guy, Eddie, was straight forward and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody interested in purchasing a Mercedes. more

Excellent 2/22/2011

I purchased and serviced my mercedes there. I had an excellent salesperson who worked with me to get the mercedes for the price I wanted. I love the car, its beautiful. Then, I could not drive the car home, so they had a porter deliever it to my home. What amazing service, I was astonished. My husband needed to sign the paperwork and the salesperson came to my home to have the paperwork signed. I was blown away at how accommodating they were. Then, I needed some servicing and the service manager and service advisors were amazing. They gave me details of the work needed and then gave me an amazing loaner mercedes while they worked on mine. The loaner was from Enterprise on-site. I was treated like royalty. I was amazed at their service and courtesy. I will have both of my mercedes service there and next time I want to buy another mercedes, I will go to foothill. The salespeople and service advisors are down to earth and friendly. By far, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Love them. I will use them to wash my cars on Saturday too for FREE!!!! Gotta love that. Who needs Fletcher Jones. more

Bill Legg and his team were a pleasure to work with. This is my first Mercedes-Benz, and I found the buying experience at MB Foothill Ranch to far surpass the experience I have previously received when buying from BMW and Porsche. I'm excited to work with Bill again! more

The Best 1/31/2011

We took our C320 to Chris over here. This guy is what Service is all about. He got us a real mercedes as a loaner (not a kia rio), he was intelligent. He was courtious, He was professional. Makes you feel comfortable about your experience. They are the best MB Service center in OC..#1 . Thanks Chris for taking care of Kellys car!! more

Very Pleased 1/10/2011

This is our second purchase from this dealership in less than two months. As you know a quality vehicle is a large decision for anyone. Best Service Manager 12/27/2010

Chris Erickson is the best Service Manager I have ever interacted with. He was extremely observant during the walk-thru and noticed that I had some damage on my front wheel. He offered to have it repaired and promptly provided a quote for the work. I was impressed at how efficient he was, and really felt he was all about customer satisfaction. Though it was not my original intent to take my car in to have the wheel repair ed, his observation and the prompt value of the charge quoted sold me! The repair came out beautiful! Chris was also able to re-create an issue that no other Mercedes dealership was able to re-create nor identify for the past 3 years. His drive for wanting to get the issue resolved for me once and for all made a tremendous impression as it is rare to find that level of customer service nowadays. The pricing that Chris provided was also very reasonable. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Foothill Ranch service above all others!!! more
