I was pleased by the service and care given to me by Ed and Ramsey in finance and Derek in sales. After being at the dealership for several hours (with child in tow) we were ready to drive home (to the Palmdale, CA almost a million miles away) and I had forgot to bring my checkbook. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the best purchasing experience we have had from start to finish! This time was for me! We had visited several Mercedes dealers in the area and felt extremely pressured to buy last years model and what they had on the lot. NOT at Foothill Ranch! Instead, I was able to custom order the vehicle of my choice which was so wonderful! I selected the colors I wanted and the features and options that were important to me- I didn’t have to settle for anything! We were kept in the loop from production start, to it getting a VIN, to knowing what cargo ship it was on and when it left port! The process did not take long and it was so worth it! Did I happen to mention that we got an amazing deal?! We do have USAA and Foothill Ranch honored the discount. Should our next vehicle be another Mercedes I can guarantee that we would only go here to buy it! The 2013 GLK350 is amazing by the way! more

Don't waste your time with any other MB dealer. Have purchased 4 cars from them. They know what they're doing and how to get the best deal for you and they are professional, competent, and respectful throughout the process. None of the A-Typical car sales tactics here - they treat you like a true customer. more

I had established a relationship already with one of the sales staff, Joseph Ibraham, with a previous purchase of my ML. When I heard that Joseph was on leave, I was bummed knowing that the sales person working with me had hard shoes to fill. I had high expectations. Upon arrival to the dealership, Moe Hazem introduced himself and made my transition to a C class absolutely wonderful. Moe's professionalism earned my trust. The fact that he helped put me into the RIGHT car (after my bazillion questions and financing requests) earned him continued trust. I can't wait for my next Mercedes experience!!! more

We just happened to stop in on our way to Mercedes of Newport Beach. Steve Mead approached us right away, asked what we were looking for, and showed us this car. Loved the car's total package and features it offered. (We were really looking for a different color.) It was very clean. We had been looking for a while and this car fit our requirements even though it was a different color. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, offered a test drive, and only when Steve had answered all our questions, he offered to sit down and discuss an offer. Love the vehicle... more

I only will buy from Fletcher Jones however closer to Foothill dealer which is the same owner as the thief at Laguna Niguel (and was Mission Viejo before that). They steal from you and are the biggest cheats. Worthless. The dumbest thing is to move into an area of car dealers where they all went bankrupt or moved. Go elsewhere for service and stay away from Foothill and Laguna Niguel Mercedes dealer. more

BRAND SPANKING NEW!I guess this facility has only been open for a few months now.Its pretty small, but extremely personable.Because of the recent downpour of rain, my car got flooded in the middle of the street, so I called my service advisor and asked if I could get it towed to his facility. He then told me that instead of towing it to MB of Laguna Niguel, where I usually go to, he was relocated in Foothill Ranch. This worked out perfectly for me because its closer to my home.As you can imagine, I was DEVASTATED when my car wouldn't start.. I was not only upset, I was in shock. I felt like I was in the middle of a nightmare: getting flooded in the middle of the street, waiting in the rain soaking wet for AAA.. I didn't think anything would go right.As I approached the dealership, my service advisor (Chris Erickson) was already right there waiting for me. He was nothing but helpful, and so were the rest of his colleagues. Right away he got my car into the shop, got it looked at, and reassured me that everything would be okay.After only an hour or so there, we had everything pretty much figured out. He called my insurance, gave me a loaner car, and he told me he would call me in the morning with the rest of the information.By far the best service ever!I am so impressed, I've never seen a staff go so up and beyond!
