Not professional at all. They make fake promises over the phone and pass you around once you get there. I had to talk to the GM and MB corporate for my case. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. your much better of going to OC MB. half the people here don't even speak English more

One of the best experiences leasing a MB! It's not at all intimidated by anyone in the showroom. Everyone was very friendly. Sales was fast and come right down to the point. No in and out of the manager's office. Got a real good deal on a 2011 C300. Highly recommended MB!! more

Moe Hazem did an outstanding job. He was very informative and answered all our questions in detail. We couldn't have asked for a better representative to help us, and we would like him to know how much we appreciated all of his help. Because of the great experience we had with Moe, we'll always have a Mercedes in the family. I just love this car! more

Phenomenal Experience 3/25/2011

I have been with Mercedes Benz for 6 years and without a doubt, this was the most phenomenal experience that I've had in purchasing a car - with MB or anywhere else for that matter. I will be writing letters to that effect, in order that everyone involved with my most recent MB experience will be aware of the fantastic staff at all levels; from service (Chris) to sales (Andrew) to finance (Eddie) and even at MB Financial (Willie Taylor). I cannot thank you enough for putting me into the car of my dreams. more

Best Buying Experience Ever 3/15/2011

I know negative ratings are pretty much the standard, it's human nature to complain, and most people don't take the time to compliment a job well done. I just leased a 2010 Mercedes S65 from Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I thought the impeccable service I received from my salespeople, Ted Brown and Moe Hazem, as well as the manager, Mr. Greg Roberts was, far and above, the most professional team I have ever bought or leased a car from (and I have purchased dozens of cars over the years!). As a multiple-time MBZ owner, I first came into Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch with some knowledge of the AMG vehicle I was interested in and was a little cautious of dealerships (watch out for Fletcher Jones dealership in Newport Beach and House of Imports in Buena Park- VERY BAD experiences), but was completely blown away with the professional and prompt greeting from the sales staff and then the fantastic presentation of the S65. Ted and Moe knew the vehicle very, very well and took the time to show me what I WAS INTERESTED IN. They pulled the exact car I WANTED in front of the BRAND NEW STORE for me to test drive. The store has a very, very big selection of new cars as well as pre-owned Mercedes-Benz and other used cars. I wanted to think about my options for leasing or purchasing and they gave me many compelling reasons to do business with them-how refreshing! I went to Fletcher Jones and a few others around and could not believe how unprofessional, rude, and pushy the salespeople were, to which I promptly left. I went back to Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch after I called the manager, Greg Roberts. He was very polite and informative and took the time to answer a few questions. When I arrived later that day, my new car was sitting up front, freshly detailed and ready to go. Moe was there to greet me and the transaction was very pleasant. Nothing changed after our agreement was made, no bait and switch as I got elsewhere, no lying and no deception. Everything was as we agreed on. Even the Finance person, Eddie, was informative and showed me some options available to me, but did not force me to buy, and showed me how it would enhance my ownership of my AMG. HOW REFRESHING!!! These guys have it together. I can tell, it won't be long before Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch is one of the PREMIER MERCEDES-BENZ DEALERS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. I fully recommend you go there and experience the difference. Way to go Greg, Moe and Ted. I will be passing out your business cards to many of my friends and co-workers. more

Devoted to Customer Satisfaction 3/3/2011

Because of issues (i.e. damage, not able to identify issues/repairs needed) I have experienced with other Mercedes Benz service centers, I decided to do some research online as to the quality of different Mercedes locations for my next service visit. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch received the best service reviews out of the other two centers (i.e. Riverside, Laguna Niguel) that were closest to me, and also offered better rates (almost 50% off) from what other centers quoted. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch was able to re-create and correct an issue that no other Mercedes dealership was able to identify for the past three years. As a Mercedes owner, I had anxiety that the issue would eventually be found after my car was out of warranty, which ended up being the case. Chris Erickson offered to test drive my car to see if he could personally re-create and identify the issue, which he was able to do. This occurred at the end of the business day, where he could have simply chosen to check out for the day. Instead he took the time to do one last thorough check himself and found the issue. Also, after confirming that other dealerships were not able to identify or correct this issue while my car was under warranty, Chris provided a good faith warranty to cover the repair that was 3 years over due, saving me $600. Chris went over and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and renewed my faith in the level of quality and attention to detail Mercedes prides itself on. I wanted to post this review to encourage other Mercedes customers to take their car to Foothill Ranch for their service needs. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Chris for your devotion to customer satisfaction! more
