The initial contact with Master Electrical was professional and supportive, an experience that didn't change over the course of my project. They contacted me with earlier openings, arrived on time, corrected the initial problem, then identified and prioritized several other issues that needed to be addressed. more

Excellent and fast service 1/5/2017

He came to my home for what I thought was a circuit breaker problem. After talking to me he realized it was a problem with the voltage coming into my box. He called the power company and it was an issue at their level. The voltage problem could have ruined my appliances and possibly caused a fire. He even called me the next morning to make sure my power was fixed and restored. He was great! I'll use him again for any electrical work. more

The Service Professional was exactly that, Professional. 1/5/2017

The reservation booking process was simple and that lady that booked it was very nice and friendly. The appointment was booked and the technician arrived within the defined time window. The Service professional was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Although he quickly diagnosed my issues he made sure to triple check everything and once he left, I felt confident my issue had been handled appropriately. I will definitely do business with Master Electrical again. more

Excellent service and personal. 12/21/2016

The meter base at my duplex had lost one leg of power. We could hear it arcing inside. The power company told me that they would have to pull the meters if I didn't get it repaired immediately. There are two families with three small children living in the units. I did not want them to go through the night without heat and lights. I called and or left messages with about 8 different electricians. Most did not call back and the couple that did were 1 to 2 weeks out. I called Master and he came out almost immediately. He gave me an estimate, rearranged his schedule and completed the work. The technicians and all the way back to the office were very professional and kind. Ryan, the technician went out of his way to get the job done. Using Master Electric was an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I needed an electrician asap eveyone in town was booked till almost christmas Tammy put me on stand by listand was ablr to work me in everyone is nice and i always recomend masterto anyone needing electrical service. Replace meter box and install 100 amp service from street to home 12/6/2016

Master Electrical does great work and has incredible customer service. I manage 23 properties and they are always my first call for electrical work. Their pricing is very reasonable and they communicate when they will be to the work site. Highly recommended! more

Several years ago our business used several other vendors for our small to large electrical needs. No longer necessary. We are now fans of Master Electric. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They always exceed our expectations in terms of response time and for the quality of their work.
