The reservation booking process was simple and that lady that booked it was very nice and friendly. The appointment was booked and the technician arrived within the defined time window. The Service professional was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Although he quickly diagnosed my issues he made sure to triple check everything and once he left, I felt confident my issue had been handled appropriately. I will definitely do business with Master Electrical again.
