The meter base at my duplex had lost one leg of power. We could hear it arcing inside. The power company told me that they would have to pull the meters if I didn't get it repaired immediately. There are two families with three small children living in the units. I did not want them to go through the night without heat and lights.
I called and or left messages with about 8 different electricians. Most did not call back and the couple that did were 1 to 2 weeks out.
