We have used Master Electrical for several big projects. Steve was hard working, efficient, friendly and someone I felt safe having in my home and around my kids. We would use him again in a heartbeat and thought he did a great job. more

Trustworthy Service 8/25/2016

We just bought a fixer-upper and have had JD over several times. He found things our inspector did not and worked with me to come up with the best and most affordable solution for all the electrical problems. He was up front with all costs, polite, and very professional. It is great to find a trustworthy electrician! The only critique I have is that JD is too busy! I would have liked to get him to fix our issue sooner but he is always booked a week or so out. more

Excellent service 8/25/2016

We had Master Electric Service install a new over-counter light fixture in the bathroom and replace a bedroom ceiling light fixture with a light/fan combination. They were prompt with the appointment and did an excellent job. They were very thoughtful regarding any "mess" they created and cleaned up everything. I would hire them again. more

Our technician, Ryan was most proficient in resolving a complex wiring problem. I'd been trying to resolve the issue for days, and he took care of it in only minutes. He also added new breakers to the circuit box, making my house safer. He was willing to share his expertise on a number of electrical concerns. I came away a satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends to Master Electrical. more

II was impressed by the knowledgeable serviceman. 8/24/2016

I was glad to talk with a dispatcher who could set an appointment on the spot. The serviceman and his helper came within the stated time. He was helpful, friendly, and thorough. I felt the prices were on the high side, but overall the experience was excellent because when he left my electrical issues were all resolved, and I felt my house was safe from electrical problems. I would call again if I have future needs. more
