I have been coming to Masellos' for 15+ years. Tony is very honest and always stands behind his work. I have recommended his shop to many people.

Worst

Sorry I couldn't leave 0 stars. $170 for rear break shoes. $9 for spray lubricant? $5 for a sanding disc? I'll never do business with this thief again!

I HAVE BEEN HAVING MY VEHICLES SERVICED @ MASELLO'S FOR DECADES NOW. THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT ON WITH KNOWLEDGE, PRICES AND FRIENDLY ADVICE. TONY,MATT,AJ,& DAVE ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN TOWN. I SPENT 30 YEARS PLUS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS IN THIS AREA AND I KNOW WHEN I AM USING THE 'BEST'. 'THEY ARE' THE BEST.I COULD NOT RECOMMEND A BETTER PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED OR REPAIRED.IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A SHOP TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED(IE OIL CHANGES AND NORMAL MAINTENANCE) OR MORE INVOLVED REPAIRS AS NECESSARY THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO HAVE DO IT.I TRUST THEY'RE ADVICE COMPLETELY.OH AND I HAVE TO ADD THAT HE'S GOT THE BEST COFFEE IN TOWN!! PLUS BRING SOME DOUGHNUTS. HEY IT CAN'T HURT. LOL more

Above and Beyond 3/31/2015

Not only did Masello's go out of their way save me money while fixing my car, they didn't hesitate to give me a ride back and forth from home while they worked on it. A lot of their reviews praise their honesty and trustworthiness - it is completely deserved. I will go back for any other car issues. more

Fast service, good people 3/17/2015

This was my first time using Masello's, I live out of state and go to Syracuse University and was experiencing car troubles (misfiring on 2 cylinders). After searching online for a reputable place, I stumbled upon Masello's. I called them Monday evening, brought my car in Tuesday morning, and it was ready to be picked up by 1:30pm. They called me with updates several times, and were very transparent and upfront about pricing and the services they were performing; they even filled my coolant tank free of charge. If I or a friend ever need to go to a shop up here again, I will definitely recommend Masello's. more
