This was my first time using Masello's, I live out of state and go to Syracuse University and was experiencing car troubles (misfiring on 2 cylinders). After searching online for a reputable place, I stumbled upon Masello's. I called them Monday evening, brought my car in Tuesday morning, and it was ready to be picked up by 1:30pm. They called me with updates several times, and were very transparent and upfront about pricing and the services they were performing; they even filled my coolant tank free of charge. If I or a friend ever need to go to a shop up here again, I will definitely recommend Masello's.
