love the way every single sales person treats me here, i feel really pampered... though i have purshased my jewelry 4 months back but whenever i drop in, they clean my jewelry & check my diamonds and take care of me to the fullest.... they are so hospitable they always offer me beer & wine...i am so glad that i purchased my diamond bracelet and my sons watch from them..i will surely recommend them to everybody.... more

I was looking for an engagement ring for me and my fiance. Not only the prices were great but their selection was absolutely gorgeous. Murad was a great sales person along with his employees who made us feel comfortable and the place to shop. We got the best deal in the house and all the diamonds are certified and appraised for a higher price. You will definitely get more money back for the diamonds you purchase from them. I am a regular customer of Marc Samuels Jewelers since quite a few years. I have spent about $50,000 with them on time pieces like pre-owned rolex, brietling and cartier. Generally I am not the kind of man who would write reviews. But I happened to come accross this review which says that Murad, the owner know doesnt know stuff about the rolexes he wears and sells. I thought this is the time to give back to the man who is so genuine and who has always given me extraordinary watches at extremely good prices.It seems unbelievable to me that Murad would possibly upset a customer. He has always been precise when he worked on any of my watches and they are all perfect. Everytime I go there, they give me the best customer service possible. I think that review was unfair to these genuine bunch of people at Marc Samuels. I wanted to do my part by sharing my pleasant experience of buying pre-owned watches with these people, so that people are not mislead by an exaggeration. more

On Feb 10th, 2012 me and my fiance went to Marc Samuels Jewelers to check their collection of engagement rings. First, I was very impressed by the wide variety of designs they carry. The owner was very personable and he took us through the process of finding the right setting and the right diamond at an unbelievable price. I was exalted and what was initially meant to be a browsing session turned out to be the special day when I saw the beautiful ring adorn my fiance s finger. We felt very comfortable at the store because everyone was friendly and helpful. They give a free life time warranty. We go every now and then to this store to get the ring cleaned and inspected. I am glad I decided to step into this store. I strongly recommend Marc Samuels Jewlers for all diamond purchases. more

Best Deal of my life, in the world!!! If you really want to make your dreams come true in an affordable manner then please come to Marc Samuels. They took care of me as if nothing else mattered except for me finding my perfect ring. I could not have gotten better service, as I've tried to but no other jewelry place comes even close to Marc Samuels. They had to have my ring sized, mounted, and I liked a different head for it so they had to change it completely and guess what.......... they did it. I am from out of town and Marc Samuels has won over my heart, this will be the only place that I will ever buy jewelry from. I hope I will always be able to get my anniversaries, and christmas, and any other special occasion jewelry only and only from Marc Samuels. more

My husband and I had been looking for a few years to upgrade my ring to a set and maybe a bigger diamond and after looking for so long we found the PERFECT location that was willing to give us FULL credit for my old rings towards the new set. They gave me exactly how much we paid for the rings 10 years ago which was just amazing. Marc Samuels Jewelers had the best loose diamond selection that I’ve ever seen with unbelievable prices, and their inventory is magnificent, so many choices with all their custom diamond mounts and colored diamonds. I found my second perfect ring and I am totally coming back for Christmas or birthdays and anniversaries, basically any occasion that requires jewelry I am only shopping at Marc Samuels Jewelers. more

I just got the best deal on a very expensive watch and jewelery for my wife at Marc samuels.The pricing was better than internet pricing ! I am the type to always stare at watches from afar, try them on to see if i like them and then look for the best deals on the internet. I have been in and out of the shop for several years always looking and never buying and the Manager always treated me fair and never pressured me into buying. I've been to many places where they do the hard sell or try to bully you into buying if you try it on, I never got any of that, just a good attitude, and the quote beat any pricing I've seen so far, and trust me I do my homework. The jewelry for my wife (several diamond rings) is superb and appraised by a third party appraiser for considerably more. The wife is very happy with the quality and please believe me it is hard to please my wife with jewelry as she will only accept the best. I am sending all my guy friends there from now on for their watch addictions and of course to get something for the wife's too!!!\r more

Looking for an engagement ring can take some leg work dnt know who is who wholesale,retail,and wht not.I went to the marketplace in the world trade center thinking i was gonna get a wholesale deal !! But just as i was bout to pull the trigger.I got an Ad in the mail from MARC SAMUELS JEWELERS.I thought it was the same thing but i thought i will give them a shot.I went to their store and they had more loose diamonds then the place at world trade center.The price they gave me was truely WHOLESALE and they have their life time warranty plan whrere you can get your white gold ring rodiaum plated for no extra charge where as if you got to robbins bro or jareds they wanna charge you $375.00 for tht plann.I am glad i got thier advertisment in the mail and stopped my over there.I did get wholsale price on a 1.50 G/VS1 PRINCESS CUT DIAMOND GIA CERTIED .THANKYOU GUYS YOU GUYS ARE AWSOME !!\r more

I am so happy with my new Rolex that I can’t even express it. Marc Samuels was extremely helpful with helping me find the perfect one. They are so honest by telling us that they are not the official dealers, they gave us an extremely good deal, and even told us that we can go to any Rolex store to verify the authenticity, and gave us an appraisal for the retail value with the serial number and the band number, and they offered us 3 years of warranty, and one free service, and free upgrades, I can’t say enough about this experience. They helped me customize the entire time piece, from diamond dial, mother of pearl pink dial, diamond bezel, I got to pick a midsize, and jubilee vs. oyster band, they truly educated me in every aspect and they truly gained my trust and business for life. more

I happened to enter the store just to browse through and I saw that they have some of the best designs in diamond jewelery in town and I was so tempted to buy. The best thing was that the staff was very friendly and helpful and I personally felt that they gave me VIP treatment.
