Diamonds are a girl's best friend. It's too cliche to not say it, but in the case of Marc Samuels Jewelers it actually kind of works. Because everything about Marc Samuels is about finding the best ways to get quality jewels without all the negatives associated with precious gems these days. Bought a 2kt princess cut diamond, egl certified and the desinger mounting looked at competitive stores like Robin Brothers, and Bridge Jewelers and a couple of other ones. But they were way over priced, luckily we read the reviews and stopped by the Frisco location, was amazed with the selection, prices, services and a great deal. We bought the ring there with 36 months no interest, and life time warranty. Love it will highly recommend them. more

Bought a pre owned rolex all the reviews are good and 100 % legitatemnet, 24 months with no interest on a a pre owned rolex. Cant go wrong with that. Bought my rolex with Marc Samules jewelers and would like everyone to buy there to. more

I have been doing business with Marc Samuel Jewelers for about a year. I have enjoyed doing business there and feel that I have gotten great value for my money. Their staff is always courteous and attentive. I have received free battery changes and they have convenient 24 month no interest loans. I can count on Marc Samuel to have remarkable deals and plenty of interesting items to consider. more

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at Marc Samuels jewelers. Marc, the owner of the store, is an extremely laid back guy. He is dedicated to making sure that your purchase is made with class, no matter how much you make. He offers his customers beer and wine, and it makes the buying process that much more enjoyable. The sales reps there do not work off commission, and they all make sure you are served well. We told them the kind of ring we wanted, and our price ceiling, and they did not try to sell anything to us over that amount, which I really respected. Marc has created a unique buying experience and I will remember it always. more

Business ethics is a the key to the equation of success and It was a great pleasure to find that in today's world. I am a jewelry lover and have spent most of my income buying jewelry from all around the world. I feel I made a mistake going around the world after making my first purchase At Marc Samules. The key to the matter is getting a deal and DEAL is what I got. I walked into many stores before Marc Samuels and saw the same notion of sales pitch and convincing tactics but at Marc Samuels I was told ""sir this exensive watch does not look good on you try this one it's almost the same look and a lot cheaper"". I am a business owner and I notice things at other business's and the one thing I noticed was that every customer was treated the same regardless of color, race or age. I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any suggestions for them. I did suggest them to stay in business with the low prices they were offering, it was better than anyone online or instore had offered and also to serve beer while shopping. more

Really hard to turst someone when 5/30/2012

Really hard to turst someone when buying a preowned rolex.Just have to take the jewelers word for it ,i had been to alot of glod and silver exchanges cuz they advertise bout the pre owned rolex watches.My expereince with Asa the manger at Marc Samuels jewelers was very comforting and warm he expalined to me bout the after market bezel instead of a factory direct bezel and dial from rolex and the price difference.With their 24months no intrest plan it made my purchase very simple and easy.Highly recommend visiting them b4 making your next fine jewelery,diamond,watch purchase. more

We had our diamond inherited to me from my grandmother so we were very spectacale about taking to a jeweler we trust.We went to Marc samuels jewelers in frisco and worked with them on custom.They have a three step custom where we design our own peice,then they show us a wax and then the final product.Their staff specially Natalie is a custom designer came up with really good ideas,WE LOVED IT !!! more

Extremely helpful 5/18/2012

My finance and I have been shopping around for a good quality diamond ring for the last several weeks in Frisco and Plano area and even online but everywhere we've been, the price was outrageous for the quality we are looking for which is the VS2 grade level. THANK GOD after long search we finally found the place, Marc Samuels, we should have looked at this place first. Murad, the owner was extremely helpful and gave us the hell of the deal. Let's say we paid half of what would have been paid elsewhere. We were so happy with his enthusiatic in helping us, I even came back and bought a diamond ring for my finance the next day. We highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking to buy a piece of sentimental value at a very low cost. more
