I am a regular customer of Marc Samuels Jewelers since quite a few years. I have spent about $50,000 with them on time pieces like pre-owned rolex, brietling and cartier. Generally I am not the kind of man who would write reviews. But I happened to come accross this review which says that Murad, the owner know doesnt know stuff about the rolexes he wears and sells. I thought this is the time to give back to the man who is so genuine and who has always given me extraordinary watches at extremely good prices.It seems unbelievable to me that Murad would possibly upset a customer. He has always been precise when he worked on any of my watches and they are all perfect. Everytime I go there, they give me the best customer service possible. I think that review was unfair to these genuine bunch of people at Marc Samuels. I wanted to do my part by sharing my pleasant experience of buying pre-owned watches with these people, so that people are not mislead by an exaggeration.
