I am so happy with my new Rolex that I can’t even express it. Marc Samuels was extremely helpful with helping me find the perfect one. They are so honest by telling us that they are not the official dealers, they gave us an extremely good deal, and even told us that we can go to any Rolex store to verify the authenticity, and gave us an appraisal for the retail value with the serial number and the band number, and they offered us 3 years of warranty, and one free service, and free upgrades, I can’t say enough about this experience. They helped me customize the entire time piece, from diamond dial, mother of pearl pink dial, diamond bezel, I got to pick a midsize, and jubilee vs. oyster band, they truly educated me in every aspect and they truly gained my trust and business for life.
