I found my dream ring at Marc Samuels Jewellers! I had been searching store to store for so long that i never thought i would find the perfect ring. Then i went to Marc Samuels (grapevine) where they had so many rings that i had a hard time choosing. They offered me a custom design so that i could get exaclty what i wanted. They made me a one of a kind ring that was absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with my ring and i never take it off! The whole process only took one week and the price was less then anywhere else. These folks are fantastic. My wife and I stop in a competitors down the road and felt we were treated poorly so we decided to stop into Marc Samuels in Frisco. It was the best decision we have ever made. They helped us to design a ring set for my wife. They were meticulious and informative every step of the way. I have stopped back on several occasions for minor adjustments on other pieces of jewlery and every time I walk in it as if I was there the day before. They know who I am and treat me great! If you want quality product and to be treated like a customer should be treated, make this your jewler. You will not regret it! more

I got the best deals, with the best quality and the best customer service possible! I was immediately greeted and helped, and even though I was a tough customer they did not give up and finally brought the smile unto my face, which was taken for going to another jewelry store and having the worst prices and customer service. If you want to be treated like VIP then you will have to go to Marc Samuels, their warranty is phenomenal, you will be their customer for life! This place made my engagement breath taking! I have referred all my family and friends, and seriously if you want the best jewelry buying experience of your life then please don't waste any more time going to overpriced places, just come straight in, and experience the change!!!!!!! more

I went to markham Jewelers for an engagement ring looked like an expensive store but it was Christmas and I thought I wld get a good deal they were nice and picked out a diamond and setting the total came upto 6000!!! More than I budgeted for. I told them I saw another store on the way marc samuels Jewelers!!! Oh my god then they started bad mouthing the store and telling me they have cheap stuff and it's not good quality. I decided to check marc samuels Jewlers they had the same ring for 3950!!! and they gave me 24 months no interest financing on it..... M glad I stopped by at Marc Samuels Jewlers !!! Markham is a good looking store but u always get a good deal at Marc Samuels Jewelers\r more

Bought 4 different pieces of jewelry, 2 watches and got it appraised from a third party, everything was perfect. Owner Murad worked personally n with us, we dont have great credit and we put half of the money down and he owner financed the rest for us more

I play for dallas cowboys been to both grapevine and frisco locationsthey got the bset stuff in the league ..... I wld definetly refer my teammates to Ali and his Broher.I wld want the true Dallas cowboy fans to go and visit em so tht they can get the best deals @ Marc samuels jewelers.Thier stuff is nice certified with warranty and all the rest of good stuff.Mention this review from your favorite ball player #43 and they will give u some extra discount !!!!! more
