I've been dealing with Magnolia for a couple of years now. They have been the only AC/Heating service in my home other than the builder. I have no complaints about the quality of the service or the support staff in the main office. My only issue was I did not get a reminder that my service contract was about to expire. This wasn't such a big deal as I could renew at the time of the visit. It seems to me that this info is contained in your customer database which could easily be programmed to alert your customers. Again not a deal breaker but it would be consistent with how other companies do business.
