Top Notch Dealership and Salesman 11/15/2010

Went to this dealership to simply look at trucks. Met my salesman Paul Roberg who did an excellent job finding out my needs and what I wanted in a vehicle then quickly matched me up with two vehicles that met my needs. About one hour later I was driving out in a Harley Davidson F-150. I will continue to purchase vehicles from my new friend Paul. more

Definitely not the best of services 9/4/2010

The internet sales rep, Greg, made contact with me after listing my information on the official Ford Website. I contacted him on the phone prior to leaving my house which is approximately 50 miles away (I let him know that too). When I got there he was too busy to deal with me and pushed me to his other internet sales rep. The car that was verified to be on hand prior to me leaving the house could not be found. Additionally, the newly appointed rep dealt with me all of 5 minutes because he also had another customer - he informed me that he would get back to me but did not. Another Rep came to me while I was outside reviewing the assortment of vehicles - not the one I wanted to see. I felt bad about taking to the other guy at that time and told him that I was being taken care of. However, I did inform him that I wanted to see the engine of an additional vehicle while waiting for my rep to show up. The Third Rep when to talk to the manager about the keys to open the hood but did not return for 15 minutes - All together I think I was at the place from 45-60 minutes. I finally left without going back in the store. I was told by the first rep, Greg that it is crazy on Saturdays but customer relations still has to exist. If I do go back there, I will speak to the Sales Manager first and ensure that the internet pricing is correctly listed and verify that I will not get the run around. Either way, the first two Reps are definitely off my list. I think that they are making too much money to provide proper service with respect. I will not totally count them out because they were the only ones to post a internet price and it seemed to be reasonable - if it is true. I received no phone call or email response from Greg. I also noticed that he looked at me as if he was expecting another person doing our very brief introduction...... Breath - If you work in the customer relations business maintaining good hygiene such as a mouth that does not stink from 5 feet away may be important - Hint Hint. I did not receive a phone call or email from neither Reps. They know my number.... If I was to purchase a vehicle from them ever, ever, ever, the deal would have to be very sweet. The Ford Dealer at Automax and in Lampasas was much more customer friendly and professional. Sadly I had to drive 100 miles total to find that out. I tried to give this report 0 stars but the site requires me do give it at least one. more

Prior to purchasing a 2010 Taurus SHO in March, I shopped all around (Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio). We purchased the vehicle from Mac Haik because David Ward was very professional and candidly provided the best service and price. Since my wife and I both had busy schedules, the details were worked out over the phone and through emails. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was as he said it would be. However, the service did not end there as David provided great follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the purchasing experience as well as the car. If you live in Texas and are in the market for a Ford, just call David. You will not only save time and money but also have the most professional service. more

And if there goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best, but legendary, they are well on there way! Excellent Car Customer Service 8/13/2010

I am new to the Round Rock area and wanted to find a place to service my Lincoln. I was so impressed with my service advisor, Julie Nichols. She scheduled me for a 45,000 mile check immediately, was accurate in her quote, polite, and told me about other services at Mac Haik offered for my vehicle. They got me out in a timely manner so I could get on with my day. I was also pleased with the follow up from the Service Manager, Mr. Michael Blackburn. I look forward to establishing a long relationship with this service center since they offered excellent customer service-a rarity these days. more

Great place for car repair and service 8/13/2010

I have been gettting my Ford Taurus serviced and repaired at Mac Haik in Georgetown for the past two years and wouldn't plan on taking it any where else. The guys at the service center have always found me the best deals and have taken care of my problems very quickly. Many of times I have gone in to get my car serviced and they had a coupon that I was unaware of but offered it to me any way without me asking. They truly go the extra mile to make you happy and satisfied. They have always beat the prices of other competitors as well. The guys at the Quick lane take care of me everytime and quickly. Thank you guys and keep up the awesome work. more

Mac Haik Ford Lincoln Mercury in Georgetown - Service Dept. 8/11/2010

First of all, I want to say thanks to Brett, one of the service managers at Mac Haik. My 2008 Ford Mustang was making a clicking noise when I turned the key. When he heard the noise, he was courteous enough to bring over the one of his people to take a look at it. They had my car back to me within 3 hours! They took me to back to my place, AND picked me up! I was very impressed and will be returning for any of my Mustang's needs. I was hesitant to go there since I have never been, but I will go there in a heartbeat to have my car looked at. Great Job! I will be returning! Covert Ford on 183 in Austin really needs to take a training class on customer service from Mac Haik. I took it to Covert and they said they were "stacked" and could not look at my car that day! Wow, what a disappointment Covert Ford is. Now I wish I would have purchased my Mustang with Mac Haik instead of Covert. By all means, give Mac Haik Ford Lincoln Mercury in Georgetown a try. I highly recommend them more

I have a Toyota, Chevrolet and a Lincoln, and Grant and his staff at the quick lane are able to meet all of my service needs on any of my vehicles. They are friendly courteous, and thorough. Many people feel that mechanics are out there to take advantage of people that do not know any better. I am very savvy when it comes to automobiles, and not once did I ever feel that they were taking me for a ride. Their pricing is extremely competitive, but their excellent service and attention to detail is what keep me coming back. I can truly say that I am a satisfied Mac Haik customer. more

Don't waste your time 7/27/2010

Don't waste your time with Mac Haik Ford. Didn't honor internet pricing & only offered wholesale auction value on trade-ins. Spend the time to drive to Georgetown, met with Paul the Internet Sales Specialist and had to wait around to see Rusty the Special Finance Manager to get final pricing. After the Special Finance Manager added $1,100 to the online internet price for the same vehicle and only wanted to give 70% of the published Kelly-Blue book trade-in value I got out of there as fast as I could. Maybe someday Mac Haik will understand what hassle free purchasing is all about. Pros: none Cons: Didn't honor internet pricing & only offered auction value o more
