Prior to purchasing a 2010 Taurus SHO in March, I shopped all around (Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio). Since my wife and I both had busy schedules, the details were worked out over the phone and through emails. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was as he said it would be. However, the service did not end there as David provided great follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the purchasing experience as well as the car.
