I am new to the Round Rock area and wanted to find a place to service my Lincoln. I was so impressed with
my service advisor, Julie Nichols. She scheduled me for a 45,000 mile check immediately, was accurate in her quote, polite, and told me about other services at Mac Haik offered for my vehicle. They got me out in a timely manner so I could get on with my day. I was also pleased with the follow up from the Service Manager, Mr. Michael Blackburn.
I look forward to establishing a long relationship with this service center since they offered excellent customer service-a rarity these days.
