Best Service Department (Personal, Service and Dollar) 2/21/2011

You are in a ride for your life! To anyone that's had a bad experience with any car dealership service department should consider the Mac Haik Ford Lincoln service department. From day one, this dealership service department and my service advisor Jason Norman and Service Supervisor Sandy have treated me as if I am a first time customer each and every time I walk into the service department. I've had brakes installed on my Lincoln Navigator, misc. items worked on and I have a monthly oil change (I drive 5000 to 6000 miles every month) done on my vehicle. I moved here from Ohio 3 years ago and used to work for a #1 Ford dealership in Northern Ohio for a number of years as a sales person and I didn't receive this type of service from my own service fellow workers. Jason and Sandy along with anyone I've come in contact with at this dealership are truly service minded and are there to take care of the customers needs in a very timely fashion. Great service department!! 2/10/2011

Service Advisor, Brett Dehm started helping me out several months ago with the service for my Lincoln MKX after my previous service advisor moved to another dealership. Brett is a great guy and banters with me, which I enjoy. He is a fun guy to work with and I appreciate the extra attention he gives to see my vehicle is serviced. It is especially important to me as a social worker, making home visits to clients, to have my vehicle running properly. The whole service department has been great to work with for the nearly 4 years I have owned my Lincoln. Brett even makes sure it gets washed when serviced. more

I could not be more than pleased with the service and flexibility that i have encountered with more than a dozen visits. I just made a large purchase for new tires, and after checking internet pricing and other tires vendors, Mac Haik actually had the best out the door price!!!! Mac Haik is amazing! 11/21/2010

I have been shopping for a new car for myself for a couple of years now. One thing always leads to another and it doesn't work out. I have dealt with three dealerships since being in Texas, and I will never go to anyone but Mac Haik again! David Ward contacted me after I had looked at the online profile of a car I was interested in. We made an appt to go test drive the car. He set me up with Rod Bailey when I arrived. Rod stood by me every step of the way, from test drive to drving off the lot. These men treated me like I was the most important deal of the day. I was never rushed and they never 'talked to me like I was a woman" I now own a 2011 Mustang GT and wil soon own a convertible that I will go to Mac Haik to purchase! Wow! Perfect! more

Top Notch Dealership and Salesman 11/15/2010

Went to this dealership to simply look at trucks. Met my salesman Paul Roberg who did an excellent job finding out my needs and what I wanted in a vehicle then quickly matched me up with two vehicles that met my needs. About one hour later I was driving out in a Harley Davidson F-150. I will continue to purchase vehicles from my new friend Paul. more
