First of all, I want to say thanks to Brett, one of the service managers at Mac Haik. My 2008 Ford Mustang was making a clicking noise when I turned the key. When he heard the noise, he was courteous enough to bring over the one of his people to take a look at it. They had my car back to me within 3 hours! They took me to back to my place, AND picked me up! I was very impressed and will be returning for any of my Mustang's needs. I was hesitant to go there since I have never been, but I will go there in a heartbeat to have my car looked at. Great Job! I will be returning!
Covert Ford on 183 in Austin really needs to take a training class on customer service from Mac Haik. I took it to Covert and they said they were "stacked" and could not look at my car that day! Wow, what a disappointment Covert Ford is.
Now I wish I would have purchased my Mustang with Mac Haik instead of Covert.
By all means, give Mac Haik Ford Lincoln Mercury in Georgetown a try. I highly recommend them
