We bought our Honda Fit from Lynnwood Honda in 2008. We have always had it serviced at the dealership. And have always been pleased until this time. The Customer Care was non existent. We had multiple coupons that Lynnwood Honda had sent to us over the last 6months. We took them with us for our 40,000 mile service. The Customer Care Rep. said he would find the best coupon for our service needs and have our bill ready for us by noon. We were the first appt. in (7:30 am). We got a call at 10:00 am saying the car was ready. We arrived at 12:00 noon and were astonished that the bill was not ready. The customer care rep had not even looked at any of the coupons and certainly was not ready for us to check out. He finally said "all of these coupons are conflicting (they were not) and I will just give you 20% off. We were in a hurry so we just paid the bill and left. Later in the afternoon and once we got home we looked at the bill. The Customer Care Rep had not given us 20% off --- rather he had just given us $20 off the total bill. He was un-organized, he was not focused and he did not do what he said he would do. We will specifically request to NOT work with him ever again. We were very dissatisfied with the Customer Care.
