Service was good, on time, polite staff. However I have one suggestion: Cell phone users should be discouraged from talking at length in the upstairs lounge. On my last two visits WE ALL had to listen to extended social calls. Perhaps cell phone users could be encouraged to leave the room when they receive calls.
