Good Work, Way Overpriced. 9/21/2016

The support staff is excellent. The workers were generally very good. Their pricing was outrageous. I was charged for "labor" since warranty covered the parts... but it was at a set fee! Minus charges for Refrigerant, labor was $970 for about 3 hours total. Uhh, that's about $323 an hour!! I was told it was because they have "set fees for certain jobs". Gotta love those "set fees"!! more

Great service. 9/9/2016

Lunsford installed my AC system (York) in my new house in 2014. The system failed 11 months later because of a defective coil. Lunsford replaced the coil with no charge to me. However, 11 months later (July 2016), the system failed again due to a coil failure. Lunsford was able to get York to cover the cost of a new coil and labor. I doubt York would have made it good had not Lunsford intervened. Lunsford service was great. The technician (Barry) was great and the office staff were great during this ordeal. I would recommend Lunsford, but I would not recommend a York system. more

They are quick to respond and set up appointments. They are very friendly and helped us address issues with a new unit that we shouldn't have had to deal with. more

Reliable and professional 9/7/2016

Have been using Lunsford for both my residence and church for many years. I have foud them to be courteous, reliable, and professional in all my dealings. They are not the least expensive on the block, but they are worth the cost. You can count on them to provide prompt follow up should the need arise. more

I have cool air!! 9/6/2016

Over all they were really helpful getting me taken care of, from the inspection all the way to having cold air coming out of the vent. The only issue that I had was the mess left behind. All of the little boxes from the parts they used, to the extra screws and caps and water bottles were left by the air unit inside. But hey if that's the worse I have, I will take it as long as my stuff works! more

We seem always have problem on weekend or holidays. You may need to staff-up for those days. It was four days waiting in the heat for service. Bad for old folks. more
