Emergency help 8/31/2016

Lunsford was great in a pinch. Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. They got me up and running. Only negative was charging me $90 dollars for a $15 capacitor. I understand the emergency weekend charge but I don't agree with the parts mark up. Most people wouldn't know the difference and I feel that is taking advantage of their ignorance toward the issues they have with parts and such more

Throughout the three years we have been in our home we have exclusively relied on Lunsford Air for preventive services and issues related to our new system. This is the most dependable company we have ever known! They have responded on every A/C problem we have had! One was over a weekend, and they completed the job quickly, and professionally!! We honestly can not say enough about Lundsford!!! more

Respected everyone and trusted the company but something went wrong, therefore the negative rating. 8/30/2016

My 3 year old unit built up enough moisture to result in $4500 damages. Leak in the bd. rm. ceiling resulting in mold and extensive repair work. Prior to AirCare Wizard, Lunsford personnel, a roofer and another air/heat expert analyzed the problem. The problem appears to be the setting had not been reset. All paper work from Lunsford and from all other involved parties is here if you would like an appointment. This unfortunate situation does not make anyone less in any way. However, I changed my service contract to another party. more

We've been using Lunsford AC & Heating for about a year. They've replaced AC filter and provided maintenance to our unit. We've decided to hire them instead of other companies because of their consistency of providing good services and their on time for their appointments. more
