Review content:
Lunsford installed my AC system (York) in my new house in 2014. The system failed 11 months later because of a defective coil. Lunsford replaced the coil with no charge to me. However, 11 months later (July 2016), the system failed again due to a coil failure. Lunsford was able to get York to cover the cost of a new coil and labor. I doubt York would have made it good had not Lunsford intervened. Lunsford service was great. The technician (Barry) was great and the office staff were great during this ordeal. I would recommend Lunsford, but I would not recommend a York system.
