My 3 year old unit built up enough moisture to result in $4500 damages. Leak in the bd. rm. ceiling resulting in mold and extensive repair work. Prior to AirCare Wizard, Lunsford personnel, a roofer and another air/heat expert analyzed the problem. The problem appears to be the setting had not been reset. All paper work from Lunsford and from all other involved parties is here if you would like an appointment. This unfortunate situation does not make anyone less in any way. However, I changed my service contract to another party.
