Noisy Belts 2/2/2012

Wife and I started hearing "expensive sounding" noises from her little truck. LK's checked and found that the belts they'd installed a few weeks before needed retensioning, as they usually do. Somehow I had forgotten about the belts. No charge! more

Oil Change 12/29/2011

Called Linda at LK's and even with short notice she got my vehicle in for an oil change. I dropped off the vehicle and walked down the street for another appointment. When I got back an hour later vehicle was ready to go. Thanks! more

Repairs were not completed due to LK's was unaware there is a local solution to the problem of programming the ignition tumbler cylinder. Turns out King's Lock repair appears to have the capability to perform the reprogramming of the ignition. more

Engin Light 12/22/2011

Took my PT Crusier to LK'S Auto repair when the check engin light came on. They got me right in and and scanned the computer chip in the car and it turned out to be the fuel cap was not on tight. I was embarased but relieved that it was nothing major! They reset the check engin light and sent me on my way. Great people great place and customer service was the best. Thanks LK I will be back for all my service! more

Rick seems to be a little rough but the overall experience at LK Auto was very good. I really like the lifetime oil change. I take advantage of it when the time comes for my Jeep to be serviced. Thank you. more
