The Extra Mile 11/6/2011

I have alot of miles (320,000 +) on my car. So when I go in for just an oil change I really appreciate it when the team at LK's check out other things that might need my attention, especially when safety related. more

We found as always that the people were right on the ball when we got there. We were an hour early and they took us right away. They got the car back to us promptly (they got it back so fast that I did not have time to take a short nap. We will continue to return in the future. Thank you for all of the good work you have done for us. more

Heater Fan Replacement 9/29/2011

Once again the crew at LK came through for me. The fan motor for the heater/air conditioner quit working. Took the car in at 10:30 and got a call at 3:00 that my car was ready to go. Quick turn around and professionalism on the part of the front office staff and mechanics is why I keep going to LK's more

Oil Change 9/29/2011

What awesome service! It is so nice to get into your car and have it vacuumed. I drove away after getting an oil change and I could instantly tell the difference in how my car drove. Thank you LK Auto, my car is much happier. I'll be back! more

fixing grandson's car 9/26/2011

As always you came through with flying colors! the only misstep was we waited for a call to tell us it was finished, but when we called was told it had been done since 9:am. Steve said he told Rich it would be done in am and he wouldn't call- maybe just a miscommunication. Hopefully this icky car will last for awhile before needing any more help! more

60,000 mile tune-up on my car 9/24/2011

This was a pretty painless experience. Took the car in, got a ride home, got picked up several hours later. My credit card was a little sore, but a lot gets done at a 60,000 mile tune-up, so it was worth it. Thanks for doing it all in one day! more

Rip Off Artists 9/21/2011

Stay away from this establishment. They lure you in with a free check engine light diagnosis and then tell you its additional money to furhter diagnose even for the no brainer type of fixes. Then, they sock it to you financially just to tell you what the result of the diagnosis is. I would recommend Meineke in Silverdale who will work with you and are honest on their pricing up front and don't charge you for a diagnosis. more

repairs 9/8/2011

expensive I know that having the van is going to be expensive to repair, however,after a couple of repair jobs costing over 1100 each, my paranoid nature feels its been taken advantage. frustrated. Secondly,I feel that my engine should be repaired by LK for free if it is leaking fluids/oil. The engine was repaired by LK a few months ago. Friend & appear to be very knowledgable. Counter help has been extremely patient with me with my endless questions in trying to understand what is going on with my van. I still feel frustrated because I don't always walk away understanding it all. Particularly when I am told I will need more repairs later. more

The staff was courtious . They did no work until I was informed of what was wrong and needed to be fixed. Truck is preforming well. Prices were ok ( always want to pay less of course) I will use them again. Hopefully not for a while.... more
