Superb customer service, fair pricing, and excellent work. The technicians replaced my muffler and tail pipe at a lower cost than I expected. Additionally, they drove me to my home and picked me after the work on my vehicle was completed at no extra cost. Service was top-notch! I recommend this establishment to everyone in the near vicinity of Silverdale, WA. more

My 2001 GMC C3 was due for its 90K service and all fluid changes. LK's did an outstanding service, identified safety issues that were corrected. Location and customer service is a big plus for me. more

This crew is phenominal 3/10/2011

My husband and I recently moved to the area from Charleston, SC. We drove cross country in our 2007 Ford Explorer. After the 3500 mile trip some things needed to be tuned up and parts needed to be replaced. LK's took great care of us. They provided a car ride for me to get home after the drop off and pick up when our car was ready. I will most definitely return to them with any car repairs in the future! Thanks for the great customer service and advising on how to keep my car in top notch condition :) more

They were professional and caring the entire time. 3/4/2011

I took my car in because the service engine light was on and my car was shifting funny. They really did a lot of diagnostics to figure out the problem. Unfortunately my car needs new transmission but they were professional and nice the entire time. There was a misunderstanding at one point but they explained everything in detail and cleared the air. I plan on taking our new car there when we do get a new one. Thank you for the great service and great attitude. more

This was my second visit to LK and as was the first, this visit was great. You always let me know exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost. There is never any pressure to perform other services that you recommend. more

Technicians were very knowledgable and pointed out items that needed replacement that I didn't know were a problem. They actually showed me the worn belt (behind) the serpentine belt that I originally slated for replacement also. more
