Land Rover Repair 10/18/2010

Repair went good and car runs good. The windows operate backward now. Instead of lowering the driver side you lower the passenger behind the driver with the button. Need to bring it back more

Didn't meet requested schedule 10/4/2010

When I set my appointment I noted my wife was in the hospital and that I needed an appointment time that would get the car back to me in the shortest time. The time was set for 10:00 am, and I was told the servicing would take about 2 hours. By 12:00 I hadn't heard anything, and called to determine progress - the service was just beginning. Fortunately getting the car back later than expected was not a problem, but it could have been. more

Hire help 9/27/2010

I love coming here. I am always greeted by name and treated with respect. I have never felt taken advantage of. The only thing I would change would be the quantity of staff at the front desk. So far as I can tell there is only one, and she's backed up. Always a ton of work on her plate. At least hire someone to answer the phones. This lady deserves a raise! more

90,000 check up and maintenance 9/20/2010

replaced wheel bearings, flushed break fluid, rotated tires, replace glove compartment latch, replace cover on cup holder. and other minor maintence. more
